Refund & Return Policy
Cancellation
You may cancel your order within 48 hours of placing it. Please allow 3-5 business days for the refund to be processed back to your original form of payment.
Returns
Our return policy lasts 10 days. If 10 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet:

Then, contact your credit card company—it may take some time before the refund is officially posted.
Next, reach out to your bank, as there may be a processing delay.

Sale Items
Only regular-priced items may be refunded. Sale items are non-refundable.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you receive a damaged or defective product, you must contact us within 72 hours of receiving the product at support@cozyhomeusa.com.
Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift or was shipped to the gift giver first, we will send the refund to the gift giver instead.
Shipping
To return your product, please email us at support@cozyhomeusa.com for return instructions.
You are responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Depending on your location, the time it may take for an exchanged product to reach you may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $75, consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
